Port Blakely Tree Farms LP

Snag

Wetlands are home to a large variety of mammals, birds, insects, amphibians, and plant life. Downed logs, snags, and riparian vegetation (vegetation surrounding the wetland), provide essential elements and habitat for wildlife. Forestry companies like Port Blakely do not cut trees around wetlands, rivers, lakes, and streams in order to protect water quality and wildlife.
