Stefanie Urquidez

As Senior Director of People and Total Rewards, Stefanie Urquidez leads Port Blakely's people strategy, overseeing human resources, compensation and benefits, leadership development, talent initiatives, and employee experience across the company's operations in the United States and New Zealand. 

Since joining Port Blakely in 2022, Stefanie has led initiatives that strengthen leadership development, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, and the overall employee experience. She partners with leaders across the company to align talent and business strategies while fostering a people first culture that supports Port Blakely's long-term success. 

With more than 20 years of experience in people leadership, business partnership and operations management, including the past 10 years in human resources for the commercial construction and forestry industries, Stefanie brings expertise in employee relations, organizational development, talent management, compensation and benefits, and change leadership. Her collaborative, people centered approach reflects a commitment to developing leaders, strengthening organizational culture, and creating workplaces where employees can thrive. 

Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Workforce Development from the University of Arkansas. She is SHRM CP certified, a certified DiSC facilitator, and a LUMA Human Centered Design Thinking practitioner.
