Donation Honors Tay Yoshitani’s Service to Port Blakely

With Tay Yoshitani’s recent retirement from Port Blakely’s Board of Directors, the company wanted to find a fitting way to celebrate his contributions to the company and for a career dedicated to trade and the global economy. We found just the right thing. 

To further the work Tay oversaw as president of the Japan-America Society of the State of Washington (JASSW), Port Blakely has made a donation in his honor to support the Society’s America in the Schools program to increase understanding between the youth of our countries. It’s a wonderful program and we’re proud to support it.
